Our Business Development team is looking for their new colleague. You will be part of a small team whose main assignment is to further develop Autoliv business within the Mobility Safety Solutions area.

Assignments
In this role you will part of the Mobility Safety Solutions Business Development team and with a global approach lead business development market analysis, to provide insights concerning mega trends within the society, to provide analysis of market reports, to identify customer, end consumer and partner needs all within the area of Mobility Safety Solutions to create input to business plans and strategies.

You will lead, drive, develop and introduce business analysis tools in order to support and integrate these in the Business Development process. You support the Business Development team when it comes to the idea generation process were you´ll be responsible for tracking of  ideas, process progression and administration as well as support the team with workshops, provide requested data for various assignments/presentations and track relevant key performance indicators.

Further, you will manage and support several interactions both externally and internally, for example with our research department, development, business area managers, divisional sales and technical centers related to new innovations. One part of your job will be related to  exhibitions, fairs, webinars etc. regarding Mobility Safety Solutions, some of the work will also be done in close cooperation with Autoliv marketing.

Qualifications
To be able to succeed in this role you need to have a clear customer focus and business mindset, excellent communications skills,  be able to plan and execute your own work, have ability to engage and motivate others and you appreciate people interactions. You need to understand the innovation process and how to grow innovation. We believe you to be driven and welcome change by challenging the status quo.

The position requires you to have good knowledge regarding technology, economics, business as well as market analysis and how to identify a diversity of customer needs.

On a formal level you have a university degree, Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering or Economics, or experience we assess as comparable. You need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. If you have a MBA its beneficial. The position requires fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. If you have additional language skills it´s a merit.

As mentioned above you will be part of the Business Development team and report to our Director, Business Development. You´ll be located in our Global Innovation Center in Vargarda.
